Transforming Communities Across Balochistan
The Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI) is a comprehensive development program launched by the Government of Balochistan to address critical infrastructure and service delivery gaps across the province.
Operated by the Program Implementation Unit (PIU), BSDI focuses on education, healthcare, water supply, and infrastructure development to ensure inclusive growth and improved quality of life for all citizens of Balochistan.

PIU
Program Implementation Unit
The Program Implementation Unit (PIU) serves as the executing arm of BSDI, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all development projects under the initiative.
PIU works closely with district administrations, implementing agencies, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution across all 35 districts of Balochistan.
