The Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI), through its Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Quetta, invites sealed quotations from genuine property owners for the hiring of a private building on rent to establish the PIU Office in Quetta.

The proposed building should preferably be located in a central and easily accessible area, offering a minimum covered area of 5,000 square feet, along with adequate office space, meeting facilities, IT/record sections, reception area, security arrangements, and parking facilities. The premises must be in good structural condition with essential utilities including water, electricity, sanitation, and internet connectivity.

Interested property owners are required to submit complete quotations along with relevant documents as specified in the Notice Inviting Quotations. All submissions will be evaluated in accordance with applicable government rules, and shortlisted premises will be inspected by the technical committee prior to final selection.

Sealed quotations must reach the Program Implementation Unit (BSDI) on or before 15 November 2025, during office hours.
